I have used TT for past 20 with a cd...never a problem. Bought the download TT program for Costco this year and it will not laod on my computer...I tried ALL the suggestions and had my tech son-in-law also tyr and he could not get it to laod. Have spend 5 hours a=on it. how do I get a refund so I can switch to another tax provider?

Did you buy it in the store or at Costco Online? What kind of computer do you have? 2024 Turbo Tax Desktop Download System Requirements

If you are on Windows it needs Microsoft Visual C++ installed.
