Hi there,

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe 2023 version and need to file that year. I have the code but no CD player. How do I access the download without purchasing again. I went to file prior years it shows 2023 but no option to give code without purchasing. Please help. Thank you

Contact Contact TurboTax Support and they'll send you a Download, since you have a CD product you can't use.
