If the Aetna was one of the Marketplace plans which generated a 1095-A, then you answer Yes, if anyone was enrolled for any months. If the plan was through your employer or medicaid, and generated a 1095-B or 1095-C, then answer No, as no one was on a plan that is used to calculate the Premium Tax Credit on Form 8962.
