Been using Turbo Tax for over 30 yrs using a CD..not anymore apparently. Purchased Premier from Costco like i have been doing. They sent an email to my wife with where to download the file and 16 digit code. started the download and it failed at 1min 11 sec. Tried 6 times same results. My wife deleted the Costco email I do have the code I wrote it down. But don' t know what the download https is . The real issue is it never it downloaded...Why?

It stops at Windows_PC_Turbo Tax_Download.4Wt0D3.exe.part... Says it Failed...NOW WHAT I NEED THIS.

I am on Win 10 fully updated and using VZ as my connection. I have download plenty with no issues

Can I get a CD?

I am using Win 10 with latest updates and installed TurboTax 2024 Premier edition back in November with no issues. Are you getting any type of error message during installation?

A CD is available but it will cost $10. Go to this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/lp/ttd/4021/

No it just shows me in the DL file it failed and where....Thanks for being prompt....i'll order a CD

Hi Doni.....I am not a person to give up.....I tried 7 times and what it did not sure why it stopped

but it loaded al the parts piece meal. It all loaded and I am now on TTax 24...I think for some reason

my internet may have been cutting out periodically but it kept loading all those parts....Thanks for your help. I

appreciate it.....

Spent hours trying to download and then another 2 hours with online support. Finally had to uninstall my VPN, reboot, and start over. It worked.
