I'm being told that the FATCA box is checked on one of my 1099s, but I'm not seeing that. (You're requiring me to upgrade to the paid version, apparently because of that, but I don't want to do that if it's your error.)

On the screen Your Form 1099-R Entries, edit the form 1099-R and remove the checkmark from the FACTA box 12.

I haven't been able to figure out how to see the 1099Rs on the screen. (On the hard copies I uploaded, the box isnot checked.)

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R
