This rejection code could be due to a mismatch in form W-2, Box 18 (local wages) value on your state and/or local return. To fix this, double check Box 18 (local wages) of each of your forms W-2 in the Wages & Salaries topic under Income or Federal. Change Box 18 to ensure it matches what's on your W-2, and follow the steps to file your state and/or local returns.

I have tried several times, but still not able to figure out because i am just following the process and cant know where to check
