Hello, I cannot connect to the turbo tax store to pay for e-file on 2024 taxes due to connection not opening, just spinning on MacBook Air running mac os14.4.1

Turbotax screen "let's complete your purchase online, select Continue and we will connect to our secure online store to ......" Problem, "CONTINUE" does not work

How long have you let it spin? I know in some Online TurboTax instances some users reported they had to let it spin for 70 seconds or more. So let it spin and take a break for a couple minutes and see if it changes. I don't know if that will pertain to the Mac desktop version.

Thank you for the help. If finally worked by changing the resolution of the screen, the keychain certificate pop-up was now visible and just needed a password. By entering the password, the TurboTax store opened up immediately. Thanks again.
