Trouble Downloading Prior Year's State Desktop Software

I'm encountering an error message that says, "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag" when trying to download the 2020 state software from within the Federal Premier package. I already own licenses for 2020 (as well as all subsequent years) and have successfully installed and used the 2020 Federal Premier version. However, while Premier includes state access, the state package must be downloaded separately and linked within the Federal software, and that's where I'm running into issues.

I need a working link to download the 2020 State Premier desktop software for Mac—specifically for four states where I own investment properties. Does anyone have a functional download link for these state packages?

To clarify, I already have licensing and am not looking for prior-year PDFs—I need the actual software to complete modified filings.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Sorry....They may not allow State downloads for 2020 anymore.

A new installation of 2020 Federal may not work either....unless TTX has recently changed what they allow.

Certainly, if you installed 202 Federal a year or two ago, that will continue to work, but a new state download, (that wasn't already installed a year or mor ago) may no longer work anymore, since TTX has shut down anything older than 3 years back (2020 and earlier).

Thanks so much.

I only downloaded the Federal version last week. No operational state download is possible, though. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with support to no avail. Their final resolve was to recommend I hire a TurboTax tax professional. My response was that it would only work if that professional had been doing this for several years and had already installed the 2020 version with state software, too. And that defeats the purpose of me having paid for the last seven years of software through the automatic advantage program.

So, I sucked it up and ordered 2020 software again from a third party, this time, in a CD version, in lieu of an online downloadable version. It arrives in another day or two, and I'm very hopeful it will get me past the challenge.

Fun, fun...and just to get prior year's state software...
