Yes, you can. ‌You will add your husband's W-2 in the same section you added your own. Make sure his name and identifying information is entered in "My Info" first.

Follow these steps to add your husband's wages in TurboTax Online:

Click on Federal Taxes, Wages & Income, Job (W-2), Add/Edit
On the next page select Add a W-2
Choose your husband's name
Then, fill out the information from the W-2

if you are filing jointly you must include your husband's income on the return. Whether to file jointly or not is a matter of the spouses agreeing to do it. the other option is to file as married filing separately but that usually results in the combined taxes being more than on a joint return.
