      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can file an injured spouse form to protect the part of the refund that can be attributed to your earnings. &amp;nbsp; If you are in a community property state it is tricky. &amp;nbsp; If you already e-filed---and it sounds like you did--- then you can mail in the injured spouse form. &amp;nbsp;Expect it to take several months to be processed.&lt;/P&gt;
