Yes, you can use It's Deductible as a Stand Alone App.

When you want to transfer your donation into to TurboTax, here's how to Export from It's Deductible.

In TurboTax, under Charitable Donations, you'll see a link to Import from It's Deductible.

My question was not answered completely. What is the url for standalone It's Deductible? Is there an Android app available in Google Play Store?

When I used the url to go to It's Deductible only one of the charities donation I entered, Goodwill 06/03/24, was listed and none of the cash donations are listed. I don't understand what's going on? In past years I was able to open It's Deductible as a standalone and I could print out the donations summary. I am very confused.
