I still can not get into the program. What is the best option for this. I have been trying for a week.

Error 70001 occurs when you have two instances of TurboTax running.

In order to correct this error, you may need to manually uninstall and reinstall TurboTax.

If doing that does not assist, please follow the steps in this link to troubleshoot the issue.
