    <description>&lt;P&gt;My software hangs at the review on my federal only software. See my earlier question on this topic. There is more to this problem than clearing cash. Does technical support know about this problem? I have updated windows 11, installed all turbo tax updates, cleared cookies and everything in setting snd security thing in chrome , still hangs up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I press continue on the review page. Please make sure tech support &amp;nbsp;is aware of this problem , not tax support. Any additional suggestions??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to complete a filing for the last 4 days and every computer or device in my home turbo Tax states a browser update. I’m spending hours a day trying to update with my devices stating the browser is already updated. I even tried my sister computer and the same thing happens can not access Turbo Tax and have over 8 years of returns from prior years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can be done about this or it’s just a problem getting access to Turbo Tax?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is what I did, I'm not a computer whiz, if I can YOU can!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Updating Chrome did not work no matter what I tried!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp; I have an old Mac, version OSX 10.9.5.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I went to the &lt;U&gt;Mozilla Firefox webpage&lt;/U&gt; while in my current Chrome browser and completed the browser download.&amp;nbsp; I have never used Firefox before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the key for you non-tech folks like me..&amp;nbsp; once you complete downloading it, you need to go to the Mozilla Browser Home Page and register.&amp;nbsp; It's not automatically using Firefox after you download, you're probably still in Chrome.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's simple to register, email, age for some reason?, Verify code, etc.&amp;nbsp; It takes a few minutes, and color me skeptical, but when I finally went back to Intuit, &lt;U&gt;using Firefox as my browser&lt;/U&gt;, Viola!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if this isn't worth your time, (after 9 years with TT for me it was), then I'd suggest going elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem: can't get past the "You need to Update your Browser" page. &amp;nbsp;Followed all of the directions I could find (including calling the 800 number - which just sends you back to signing in and the update your browser message that's the problem you want help with). &amp;nbsp;Been using this same computer for TurboTax for 6 years - with no problems. &amp;nbsp; My Chrome 49 on Windows Vista is apparently outdated and can't be updated - but this is the same computer and Chrome version that has been working up to and including last year. &amp;nbsp;Can anyone help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
