The program lists multiple options for the 1099-K income.

To enter a Form 1099-K -

Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Wages and Income
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Other Common Income
On Income from Form 1099-K, click the start or update button

If you file Schedule C for the rental, enter it there (and only there).

If you file Schedule E, enter it there (and only there)
