      <description>&lt;P&gt;The page doesn't freeze up I suspect that it was designed not to display the acceptance button so that you would give up and pay the outrageous processing fee out of your Federal Refund! I would like to hear from anybody that has been successful paying with a credit card for their state efile fee this tax year! I have been using several TurboTax products for over 20 years with no problem like this one. It almost appears to be by design! Class Action Suit might help! I will be the first to apologize if I am wrong and there is a solution!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
