      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what you mean by "market place." Do you mean that you had health insurance from the Marketplace ("Obamacare")? If you received a Form 1095-A you are required to file a tax return.&lt;/P&gt;

If you had advanced payments, you must file a tax return and complete Form 8962 - Premium Tax Credit.&amp;nbsp;Refer to the IRS website &lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/affordable-care-act/individuals-and-families/the-health-insurance-marketplace#:~:text=If%20you%20chose%20to%20have,otherwise%20not%20required%20to%20file." target="_blank"&gt;The Health Insurance Marketplace&lt;/A&gt; for additional information.&lt;/P&gt;
