Clarification.....Where is the different amount shown? Are there amounts in box 1,3 and 5 or just box 12? Are you asking about what is on your form or what is showing in TurboTax?

Line 1 is different than the amount in line 12

To clarify, can you please tell us which form you are looking at, is it your W-2?

If it's a W-2, Box 12 would have a code and a number, can you tell us what code that is? If this is not Form W-2, what is it?
