of my taxes were accepted on january 17 o had a refund date on Feb 7 but the date us gone will I still get it on the 7th with the path act. I paid the 25.00 to get it 5 days early

The refund date could be gone, because IRS announced that tax refunds for certain credits would be delayed this year.

The IRS has published an update that taxpayers claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) can expect their refund by March 3.
