    <description>&lt;P&gt;My husband is retired with SS as his only income.&amp;nbsp; I am mostly retired and receive SS but still do some freelance work.&amp;nbsp; I have a 1099 NEC for about $3700 for 2024 and about $460 of expenses to deduct from that.&amp;nbsp; Do I have to use the TT home and busniess version or is it possible to use the standard version?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any of the TurboTax desktop download editions can be used since they all have the same forms, schedules and worksheets.&amp;nbsp; You get more help and guidance using the higher editions.&lt;/P&gt;
