So I pay top dollar for a product that DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A BASIC FORM READY/AVAILABLE?

Now I have to wait at least 2 WEEKS longer for my refund because I'm using TurboTax?

Form 8283 is scheduled to be released and available tomorrow, February 5th.
