My child has an income of $820 from treasury bond (sold in 2024) and $493 from bank account

Do I need to file taxes for them?

If I do, can it be done under my account, or do I need to create separate TT account/license?

Because your child's unearned income was more than $1,300 they are required to file a return. You should NOT use your account to file the return. You must create a new account for your child. You can only file one tax return per TuboTax Online account.
