CT Tax Forms Not available on Software

Can't believe I paid for software that STILL does not have CT Tax forms available! I have run updates and they are still not available even though the state is open to file... Can't even print them to check accuracy. WHEN WILL CT STATE FORMS BE AVAILABLE IN THIS SOFTWARE?

You may need to do a manual update.

What is a manual update?

I have received e-mails saying that the Connecticut 1040 forms are ready and perform a "CHeck Updates" and I have done this not once but several times. Then I go to do state again and it continues stating that the forms are not ready. This is frustrating. Get this done correctly and give real time expert advice and fix to this problem.

Please run the state install/loop steps here. This may help clear the issue in your program and allow the updates to install so you can file your state return.

Instead of asking the user to download another zip and install unwanted items on their computer , why don't you (Intuit) fix the problem. It's your issue because other software vendors do not have this issue.
