Limited Import Options for Large Banks and Brokerages?

I'm just starting for my 2024 taxes on Premier. I just wanted to see about importing from Capital One Bank. It's not in the list. Really? Does that mean the link is just not set up yet or does TT not even plan on having a major bank like that available for importing?

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

Thanks. I think the issue is that the companies do not have the statements available for download at this time.

Although you might be able to view or print your information from the website, most banks, brokerages and other financial institutions do not have the data formatted for import into tax software before sometime in February. So if you are wanting to enter it sooner, you have to key it in by hand. Or….wait until it is available for import.

If you want to enter it manually, click the option that says “I’ll type it in myself”
