Unable to file Head of Household in 2024

I'm having issues with TurboTax Premier 2024. It won't let me file as head of household. I'm divorced with two kids. I claim one of my daughters and my ex claims our other daughter. This has never been an issue over the last 4 tax returns, but now TurboTax won't let me select Head of Household for filing.

If you qualify as head of household and your answers to the TurboTax interview questions confirm that you qualify, the program will record the correct status. Go back to the Personal Info tab of TurboTax and click Edit next to Your Filing Status.

A screen will appear, "Review Your Filing Status". See screenshot:

Check the box next to "Change my filing status". TurboTax will reopen the interview so that you can review your answers to the questions.

In order to use head of household filing status, you must meet certain criteria. To file as head of household, you must:

Pay for more than half of the household expenses
Be considered unmarried on the last day of the tax year, and
You must have a qualifying child or dependent.

This tax filing status includes single parents and divorced or legally separated parents with custody of the child. Further, you can also be an adult who provides support for a parent or other relative under qualifying circumstances.

I installed a TurboTax software update tonight and now the program is letting me file as Head of Household with the same responses as before. Glad to see that software bug was fixed.

You installed an update tonight Monday? I think the last update was last Thursday. Hadn't you updated since then?

Hmmmm, there was another update. They usually just do updates on Thursdays. Wonder what else they fixed?

in my "personal info" my status is head of household and in smart check it shows me error and not allowing me to move forward. i have same entries in web portal and it allows me to go till payment without any error, same result and same status. but desktop windows software is not allowing. this is f up.
