If I file an amendment manually, will it show up on my TurboTax account? Or will my TurboTax account just show the original file when I start the next year?

If you didn’t use Turbo Tax to amend then your account will only have the original file.

Manually---you mean prepared by hand on the paper forms that you mail? No, if you do that, nothing about your amended return will show up on your TurboTax account.
