TurboTax 2024 for MAC need to change

I purchased TurboTax 2024 for macOS. I didn't realize the system requirement was macOS Ventura. I'm running on macOS Monterey 12.7.6...There is not an upgrade to macOS Ventura, so I'm not able to install the program. Can I get a refund or use an online version? If I'm able to use the online version, how do I get credit for the purchase I've already made?

If you can't buy or borrow another newer computer (Windows or Mac) you can switch to the Online web version. You can't apply the Desktop CD/Download purchase to Online. You have to pay for Online separately. You will have to get a refund for the Desktop program. Then you can use the Online web version. You can try to get a refund from Turbo Tax, submit an online refund request within 60 days of receipt here https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-refunds/request-refund-turbotax-product/L834M6uyW_US_en_US?uid=m5hf2mbo

If you switch to the Online version you can transfer your 2023 return done in the Desktop program to the Online version. Post back next year if you need help transferring.

No, the payment for the desktop edition cannot transfer to the online editions.
