Do it yourself is not available

I a somehow selected Turbotax Live product. Can I switch to Do It Yourself of the same level? I can neither downgrade or upgrade to it as it is greyed out.

Thanks. I somehow selected Live originally and the option to escape is "clear your return and start over". I was just told the same in chat even though I have not used Live option and have not paid anything yet. I believe this is an obsessive practice to sell products this way. If I have to start over I will file with another company.

It does not work to switch between Live and Do It Yourself, but only to downgrade within one to Basic or Deluxe.
