I purchased 2024 Deluxe download, and can't find instructions on how to download it.

We bought the product at BJs, and used self checkout. Didn’t notice the instructions in the upper right corner of the package to exchange the card we had in hand for the actual product with license etc, from the cashier. Went back to the store, got the actual product and had no problems installing it.
