Clicking to update div links to int

When I click to update my 1099-div, it brings me to the entering my 1099-int page. the link is off. Anybody else facing this? I can work around going from step-by-step to Forms, but this is a big oversight with TurboTax

I tried to recreate the issue you had to offer a solution, but when I tested this in both TurboTax Online and Desktop, choosing 1099-DIV did bring up the Dividend interview screen. I would suggest clearing your cookies and cache if using TurboTax Online or making sure you have the latest update if using Desktop.

Hi Mindy,

Thanks for the reply. I have TT desktop Premier Edition. It is up to date. Here is the screen and the button that I am clicking to get to my dividends (see highlighted circle), and the second picture is the screen I am taken to.

Yeah, that's just the now-confusing changes that TTX software people, or their managers, thought was a good idea to show everything already entered for 1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV....adn display on the same overview page, no matter whether you entered thru the -INT, or-DIV, or -B selection.

You can still start your 1099-DIV, by going to the bottom of the splash of -INT forms showing and hit the blue "+Add Investments" button. Then carefully go thru what follows.

Once entered, that 1099-DIV will show up on the same splash page with the1099-INT forms you've already entered.
