[Turbotax Online] Why does the tool to download from Online to .tax2024 file disappear?

I am pretty sure I have that option to download Turbotax Premier Online to local disk (.tax2024) exists and I have used it a couple of times before. But it disappeared now -- where can I find it?

Have you entered tax data on the 2024 tax return, such as personal info, wages & income, deductions & credits?

If may be the option, Save your 2024 return to your computer will not be shown under the Tools list if there is no data in the 2024 return.

I did.

As mentioned above, I already downloaded it multiple times before and it worked for me before.

If you downloaded the 2024 tax data file multiple times and now the option to download is missing in Tools you will need to contact TurboTax support for this issue.
