Click Federal>Wages & Income>W-2

Did you e-file already? If you have not e-filed then just go to Federal>Wages & Income and delete the wrong W-2 and enter the new correct one. If you have already e-filed----then you have to wait for the IRS to fully process your return and then file an amended return. Do not try to make any changes to the return while it is in pending or while it is being processed by the IRS.
