How do I get out of filing RITA and just file Federal & State?

Won't let me skip the RITA after I filled out but don't want to file them

You need to delete the information related to the RITA and select that you do not want it. Go in a couple screens and delete, select back, delete, continue changing and deleting. The program will hold the form as long as there is information that it thinks is important.

If you need to file a RITA return you may find that it is MUCH easier to just use RITA's web site:

Where is the information that needs to be deleted in order to not have RITA return as part of the filing?

I figured it out. In State of Ohio there is a section called "Ohio city Taxes". You need to go into that section and check "None Apply" to filing of RITA or CCA
