    <description>&lt;P&gt;i recently married but have been living with my wife for 5 years previous, she has never worked before or since we met therefore she has never done taxes, we married in 2024 in november i am currently filling my taxes for 2025 and did so as married joint however when finalizing the e-file it asks me for my wife's 2023 tax return which she obvioulsy doesnt have because she has never work. we dont know what to do in this situation&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Her 2023 AGI is zero. &amp;nbsp; Going forward, when you file a joint return, the AGI will be the same amount for both spouses even if one had no income.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
