Does TT Deluxe work for trust accounts?

My father died in 2024 and I need to file for his Trust account. I have used TT Deluxe fir my personal taxes in the past. Will it also work for his final Fed Tax filing and the filing for his Trust account?

to create trust return you need Tutbotax Busines.

No. You cannot file a Form 1041 - Income Tax Return for Estates and Trusts using TurboTax Deluxe. You will need TurboTax Business which is a desktop software you download. For more information and to purchase/download TurboTax Business go to: TurboTax Desktop Business 2024

Can I do my Personal Return with TT Business? Will TT Home and Business do both?

No, you must do your personal taxes using the appropriate personal tax return preparation product. The Trust return is done using the Business product.
