I want to know if I will be receiving a letter from the IRS saying I’m receiving the 1400 credit I haven’t received anything yet

No one at TT knows if the IRS is sending you a check. We know that the IRS has identified some people who filed 2021 returns with line 30 blank and that some of those folks were actually eligible for the credit, so the IRS is sending out the 3rd EIP to them. If anyone could claim you as a dependent for 2021 you are not eligible. If you actually received the $1400 before you filed your tax return, that would be another reason for line 30 to be blank. Check your online account with the IRS to see what is shown.

Well I can’t access my irs account but it also said if you left it blank or entered a $0 you may be eligible I just want to know since today is the 29th of January would I still get a letter

They might send a letter with a check if they mail you a check. They are sending direct deposits and/or checks. We do not know if you will receive anything.
