    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cursor disappears in TT, it is fine in all other sites and apps.&amp;nbsp; Read suggestion to go to settings and change appearance of cursor, I did this and it didn't help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Changed to solid black, still doesn't show. Impossible to use TT without cursor. Help appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Assuming you are using a mouse, you might try uninstalling the mouse and then reinstalling it:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;"&gt;Click on the Windows Key and the S button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;"&gt;Type Device Manager in the search and open the page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;"&gt;Scroll down the page and click on the Mice and other pointing devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;"&gt;Right click on the mouse driver and uninstall it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:14px;"&gt;Restart the computer. Windows will reinstall the mouse.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Try logging out of TurboTax, restarting the laptop, then logging back in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If that doesn't work, try going to your Device Manager / Settings. Locate "mouse pointer" or applicable term, then try changing the settings for the pointer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
