Yes, you can enter your ESPP sale in the investments section under stock sold. The program will ask if it is employment related. You should have a 1099-B, your 3922 from work, and your W2 showing the additional basis. See Where do I enter Form 3922?

Follow these steps:

Open your return to income.
Select Stocks
Select YES
Import or skip import and select stock
continue
once you enter the brokerage information, the next screen says Do these sales inlude employee stock
Select YES

If these steps are not available, you should be offered an upgrade.
