I owe. When will I get information on when I have to pay and the option for payment plan?

If you have filed a tax return and have taxes owed. Then when the IRS accepts the return you can go to the IRS website for the payment plan application - https://www.irs.gov/payments/online-payment-agreement-application

You can request a payment plan now in TurboTax or the IRS website.

Key Points:

The IRS does want you to have a plan that would pay as much as possible, however make your requested payment amount you can afford, because you don't want to miss a payment. You can always pay more when you have it.
Penalties and interest continue to accrue until your balance is paid in full.
Your future refunds will be applied to your tax debt until it is paid in full.
Make all scheduled payments even if we apply your refund to your account balance.
