    <description>&lt;P&gt;Responding to your earlier reply to my post, the matter is still not resolved. I have the original Turbo Tax 2021 software (with Activation Code) that I purchased in 2022, plus, I have a second Turbo Tax 2021 license (with separate Activation Code) that I purchased in January 2025 in an effort to resolve this matter. Upon entering the activation code, your software shows it is accepted the button Let's Go is shown and once I hit that button the software simply disappears and does not start up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any phone number and customer service representative that I can contact to address this matter?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert Telford&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't have two copies of TurboTax 2021 on the same computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Even if you're only using one, the fact that a duplicate program is installed may be your issue. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Delete (or move to a removable drive) one of the 2021 programs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't resolve your issue,&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/contact" target="_blank"&gt; TurboTax Support&lt;/A&gt; can get into your computer to diagnose hardware issues.&lt;/P&gt;
