According to the information found in the following TurboTax help article, Form 8936 is available now.

That being said, there have been questions asked from other users stating that certain aspects of Form 8936 may not be functioning properly. If you find that to be the case for you, please add some details.

It may show that, but it will not populate to my return even after I have entered the vehicle information. I have attempted multiple times a day for over a week. It is the only thing holding up my filing. I do wish it were that easy.

I looked at the completed return and the form is now "attached" to my return but many of the parts/questions are not answered and I do not know how to access to complete the answers.

That is exactly what mine is doing as well.

I did it on two other tax software's and the free file and it fills it in correctly. i do wish this would get fixed as i have already paid for it and they wont refund it.

Same for me. I look at the forms and they are not completed properly. Considering filing by mail so I can write in the proper info on those specific forms.

Form 8936 is available, but Form 8936 Schedule A is still pending release by the IRS as of now. It is not the fault of Turbotax.

I did it in free file on the irs web site and worked like a charm

8936 Schedule a is on the irs website so I was able to free file and it was accepted
