If you are filing in MN, I have gone through multiple calls with turbotax support today and e-filing for MN won't be available until at least jan 30. https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/taxation/irs-forms-availabi[product key removed]tax-individual/L0JQ1PHNW_US_en_US?uid=m6ful9f3 You can check there for the updated dates

The Federal Tax Returns are ready to be E-filed, however, not all states are ready to be E-filed
