What is it asking me for? I’ve never had this come up before

Delete the Schedule IN-OCC

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

You may have inadvertently answered a question in the Indiana portion of the TurboTax interview that caused TurboTax to generate Schedule IN-OCC, Other Certified Credits, available at Indiana's Current Year Individual Tax Forms page. This form will be filed with your Indiana tax return if you claim certain state credits.

To make sure you haven't accidentally claimed one of these credits in the Indiana section of TurboTax Online:

Open TurboTax Online
Select Tax Home in the left pane
On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes, then select Pick up where you left off
Proceed through the state screens until you come to the Take a look at Indiana credits and taxes screen.
If you see an amount of credit that you're not entitled to next to any credit displayed on the screen, select Edit next to the credit
Make any necessary changes on the following screens to remove the credit
