When will Tax Year 2024 transmissions be available? I'm receiving the message my transmission didn't go through.

Message also says "Tax Year 2024 transmissions are not available."

Click on Review on the left side of the online program screen. Are there forms listed which have not been finalized and a date?

Everything is in good order. It allows me to submit, shows the success page, then receive the message:

Your transmission didn’t go through

We could not e-file your return for the following reason:

Tax Year 2024 transmissions are not available

I first tried this past weekend, and a little research revealed the IRS will begin receiving transmissions 01/27/2025 for Tax Year 2024.

I’m wondering if there is an issue and others are receiving the same message.

To all looking at this, another post noted Minnesota won’t have their forms available until 01/30/2025 and that’s my state, so that is the reason for the transmission not going through.
