      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. You can't deduct maintenance fees if the apartment is not available for rent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can only deduct rental expenses from the day the property is put on the rental market.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
