RMD Amount less than Distribution Amount

I entered 1099-R. Distribution amount 13,395, RMD Amount 8959.

I get an error saying "RMD amount should not be less than the distribution amount that is for the RMD".

I don't understand this error. I did not receive this error in previous years using TurboTax.

What am I missing?

Just say all is RMD.

There are problems this year with 1099. I had to mark all of my 1099-R as RMD when that is not the case but the only thing TurboTax would accept. It will not affect your taxes to mark it all RMD.
