    <description>&lt;P&gt;Or...maybe you missed soem of the texet. maybe it is saying:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...you don't have a Georgia income tax&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt; due&lt;/U&gt;.&lt;/EM&gt;....???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meaning you have a GA refund indicated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you don't have to file a state extension if your state forms indicate a "refund".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;But true, I don't know GA rules on that.....that and you do need to have virtually everything already properly entered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turbotax says (in filing for a federal extension) that "You don't need to file an extension for Georgia.&amp;nbsp; Your fereral extension also extends your state return.&amp;nbsp; Georgia has no income tax, so you don't need to file a state extension."&amp;nbsp; However, it appears that Georgia does have a state income tax.&amp;nbsp; Is Turbotax in error?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you send us a screen shot of the page where you are seeing that----or a link to the page?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And...yes, GA has a state income tax. &amp;nbsp; It is too soon to request an extension for 2024 returns----there is not a way to do that online right now, so it is puzzling that you are even seeing anything about that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
