To complete and file a 2023 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2023 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

you mean you didn't do your 2023 tax return that was due in April 2024.

then you need the Turbotax desktop app

you need a full PC or Mac and a way to print out the return

system requirements

the return can no longer be e-filed.

when you mail it use a tracking service

be sure to attach any forms that have withholding taxes like a w-2

if you have a state return, generally, it also requires attachment of forms with state witholding
