Costco Turbo Tax download link is broken. The link is an empty file.

I purchased TurboTax from Costco, but the link provided is inoperable for downloading to my MAC. What work around can be provided to I can enter the install Key provided by Costco? Costco provided an Intuit phone number, [phone number removed] to get the link directly from them, but that TurboTax Deluxe link doesn’t work either.

Did you go to Customer Service at Costco to get the license number?
