Paper returns

I live overseas, and for years have printed out and snailmailed my return.
The 2024 versions of Deluxe and Basic Federal products both say they have 5 efilings, but it is unclear if they still allow the return to be printed out.

Can I still print out my 2024 return and snailmail it?
Or is the new software efile only?

The desktop software is not a "new" version. People have become confused. The only difference is that you had to download it instead of using a CD. It still works the same way. Yes, if you want to file by mail, you can choose that option when you go through the FILE section.

yes the return can still be mailed.
