    <description>&lt;P&gt;The desktop software is not a "new" version. &amp;nbsp; People have become confused. &amp;nbsp; The only difference is that you had to download it instead of using a CD. &amp;nbsp; It still works the same way. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes, if you want to file by mail, you can choose that option when you go through the FILE section.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live overseas, and for years have printed out and snailmailed my return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The 2024 versions of Deluxe and Basic Federal products both say they have 5 efilings, but it is unclear if they still allow the return to be printed out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can I still print out my 2024 return and snailmail it?&lt;BR /&gt;Or is the new software efile only?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
