Did you receive any messages regarding forms not being finalized? Not all federal and state forms are ready to be e-filed. You can check the forms availability using the tool in this link.

I looked into this tool already, but it’s not supported right now. Do you know when it might be available?

Can you clarify which form in specific are you trying to file?

For Kentucky most forms are available to be filed electronically. If the form says its Unsupported, it means that it is not supported by TurboTax, and you wont be able to file it electronically, instead you will have to print and mail either the form itself or the whole return.

Please refer to the link above for when this form will be ready to be printed.
